Sellers – I do a detailed market analysis and use a proven formula to determine the best possible price to sell your property at top dollar while keeping it competitive so it can quickly sell. At the very beginning I provide you with a detailed marketing strategy of how we can best market your property including social media, flyers, websites, networking and great photography just to name a few. Given the current market recommendations I will advise you how to get your home ready to list including budgets, whether or not you’d benefit from professional staging and just doing the little touches that best showcase your home. I will provide a timeline and be your project manager throughout.

First time buyers – No worries, I will guide you. Your first experience can feel daunting but it doesn’t have to be. I can walk you through the step-by-step process which is based on data and my own experience so you can rest assured you get the best deal possible for your dollar.

Relocating? I want your wish list, even if it seems unreachable because how do you know unless we explore. As a native of San Diego county, I can be your conductor to educate you about the area and show you the best ways to satisfy your desires.
